Kendall Krebs - In the recent chapters, Huck and Jim leave the island and try to make it to the free states. as they get closer Huck starts to feel bad about helping Jim escape, which was pretty much a crime back then. He remembers how the widow cared for him and felt bad about doing this to her when jim still technically belonged to her. He almost decides to report Jim to some people he sees on the river but at the last second he doesn't because jim just seemed so grateful and tom would feel bad to just betray him after all they had been through. I think this might be one of the main issues Huck will have in the book... what he thinks is right, or what society tells him is right. It will be interesting to see which one he chooses
